- We will process the data and will only use it for the purpose for which requested – in order to administer and maintain the amphorae database on this site and for the purposes of DigiAmphorae project (project activities). The data will be public and online and could be accessed by Internet users. The data could be also used after the end of the project for educational, scientific or other exchange of experience purposes.
- We may disclose the data to official authorities, European Commission, its agents and/or subcontractors, Digiamphorae project partners.
- We will store the data for 10 years after active use.
- You have the right to request the administrator to access, correct or delete personal data or restrict the processing of personal data relating to you, or the right to object to the processing, request the transferability of your data, and withdraw your consent, in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council.
- You have the right to file a complaint to the relevant supervisory body – the Commission for Personal Protection Data (Bulgaria) if you believe that your data has been misused.
- The disclosure of your data to us and data uploading is voluntary and free of charge. You can use the web platform providing anonymized data or using aliases. Users should be aware that security gaps can occur in communications (including e-mail communication), if the connection is not encrypted.
